Planning Fees

I charge a planning fee for custom itinerary design. This fee is non-refundable and covers the time, expertise, and supplier relationships that go into building your trip.

• Custom itinerary: $750 per week, per family, or fraction thereof a week (includes daily activities, routing, and hotels)

• After two rounds of revisions: $350 per additional week of edits

• Hotel shortlist only (no full itinerary): $250, delivered within 48 hours as 3 to 5 options in your price range

• Rush fee (for trips departing within 30 days): $350 added to custom itinerary fee

Flights

Flight booking is available for an additional $50 per ticket. This includes access to a 24/7 emergency line throughout your trip.

Hotel Booking

If you already know where you'd like to stay, I'm happy to book at no cost and add my company perks.
