Some things to know:
When booking flights, I source Premium Economy, Business and First Class seats. I am unable to use points or miles
Whenever available, I prefer to book only refundable/ flexible rates
As my clients, you are registered with each reservation as a VIP. As such, you will have support 24/7 from your hotel’s concierge/ in-country support
Any of your financial information collected is held in The Vault
Hotel pricing is dynamic - it changes quickly so rates quoted are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed
“Take Over Bookings” are doable: if you have already booked your hotel, sometimes I am able to step in to be your representative and add support plus amenities, BUT, it’s not a guarantee and often I’m unable to add perks to bookings I did not make directly
Things can go “sideways” when traveling. There are dozens of spinning plates and moving parts and cooks in the kitchen. Delays, weather, loud hotel neighbors. There are some elements that are just out of the hands of Travel Advisors. I will do my best to take care of you and your family and solve problems (within my control) that may come up
